Services

Industrial automation

Alpha Automation, s.r.o. offers services in production automation or robotization. Our company is a systems integrator for various production technologies. We design complex solutions not only for new applications but also existing applications and technologies. Our specialized personnel are able to program PLC and robot control systems.

Electro project engineering

Alpha Automation, s.r.o. can prepare circuit diagrams and necessary documentation for high-voltage and low-voltage equipment. To conduct our engineering activities, we use specialized and time-tested software products made by ePlan, which are a standard among companies today. We will prepare a connection proposal for you, including complete documentation for new or already installed devices.

Programming industrial robots

We offer industrial robot integration with individual work stations to completely integrated production lines. Our solutions include simulations, off-line programming according to the customer’s requirements, online programming and tuning of the entire production process. We can implement regular technologies — point welding, laser welding, MIG / MAG, TIG, bordering, palletizing, etc. Our programmers can program robot control systems from numerous manufacturers, including KUKA, FANUC and ABB.

PLC programming

Alpha Automation, s.r.o. offers a range of services in the area of programmable logical controllers (PLC). An integral part of our work is programming and implementing control systems that operate along optical or metallic networks, including safety protocols. Our main activities involve programming, visualizing and preparing user environments and subsequently programming entire processes, including device testing and implementing at the customer’s facilities.

ROBOTICS PROGRAMMER

Job description:
  • Programming KUKA, FANUC, ABB or other industrial robots, programming trajectories, programming communication with PLC and other peripherals, quality loops, test production, preparing documentation for handover to the customer
  • Communicating with other team members
  • Implementing projects in the Czech Republic and Europe
We require:
  • Secondary technical school or technical university (preferably in electrotechnical field) education
  • Knowledge of programming industrial robots is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of German or English sufficient for work with technical documentation
  • 100% interest in the field, willingness to acquire further education
  • Problem solving ability, reliability and thoroughness
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Flexibility with time, willingness to travel
  • Category B driving licence
  • Also suitable for a graduate

MACHINE AUTOMATION DESIGNER

Job description:
  • Creating project documentation for electrical installations, control systems, etc.)
  • Technical discussions with customers
  • Completing activities
  • Author’s supervision or construction coordination
  • Preparing background information for tender documents
  • Independent management of contracts
We require:
  • Secondary school or university education in an electrotechnical field or with a focus on Automation Technology
  • 2–3 years of experience in the industry is an advantage
  • General knowledge of various control and automation systems
  • Good working familiarity with e-PLAN, AutoCAD and/or other CAD/CAE/CAM systems
  • Basic knowledge of German or English sufficient for work with technical documentation
  • 100% interest in the field, willingness to acquire further education

PLC PROGRAMMER

Job description:
  • Automating individual machines and production lines for customers
  • Developing SW application in Siemens TIA Portal, PCS7 and Step7 environment
  • Launching SW, putting devices into operation at end customers
  • Supervising operation at end customers, optimizing SW
  • Designing automation concepts, drafting standards for software application development
We require:
  • Knowledge of PLC / DCS / SCADA programming (e.g. Siemens, Rockwell, InTouch, Emerson, etc.)
  • Knowledge of programming operator panels and visualizations
  • Knowledge of industrial communications (Profibus-DP, ASiBus, Interbus, Industrial Ethernet, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of German or English sufficient for work with technical documentation

SPECIALIST – VIRTUAL COMMISSIONING

Job description:
  • Planning and managing the virtual commissioning of robotic production lines in the automotive industry, mainly focusing on projects in welding shops.
  • Managing the preparation of cells and the necessary input data.
  • Implementation of virtual commissioning in Process Simulate.
  • Creation of detailed implementation schedules.
  • Coordination of cooperation of individual professions such as design, robot and PLC (SPS) programmers.
  • Responsibility for meeting the project objectives.
  • Responsibility for compliance with project milestones.
We require:
  • High school / university education with a focus on mechanical engineering, industrial automation and robotics
  • Professional experience is an advantage, but it is also suitable for graduates
  • German or English – Upper Intermediate (B2)
  • Driving licence – category B
  • Willingness to travel, flexibility, responsibility, communicativeness and high work commitment
