Personal data processing
By actively marking the corresponding field on the applicant’s registration, I issue my consent to Alpha Automation, s. r. o., with its registered office at Průmyslová 1306/7, 102 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic, business identification number: 24831484, phone number: +420 734 205 209, email: info@alpha-automation.cz (the "Company"), in accordance with the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) Regulation No. 2016/679 of April 27th, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which replaces Regulation No. 95/46 / EC, general data protection regulation (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"), to process my personal data in the extent:
Information concerning the operator in relation to the processing of a job applicant’s personal data in accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation
The Company undertakes to notify the person concerned (job applicant) of the following information related to personal data processing in the Company’s information systems:
1. The operator’s identification and contact information
The operator is Alpha Automation, s.r.o., with its registered office at Průmyslová 1306/7, 102 00 Prague 10, Czech Republic, business identification number: 24831484, phone number: +420 734 205 209, email: info@alpha-automation.cz. 2. Purposes and extent of the processing of personal data obtained by consent
Personal data provided based on the job applicant’s consent will be processed for the purpose of this tender for the given employment position at the Company and for the purpose of proper record keeping of the Company’s job applicants.
Personal data will be processed in the extent arising from the completed applicant’s registration and its appendices, and in the extent of the personal data provided to the Company regardless of its form (curriculum vitae, application letter, any other documents submitted by the applicant to the Company, the Company’s form, or verbally during a personal interview with the Company, etc.).
3. Legal basis for processing personal data obtained by consent
The legal basis for processing the personal data of a job applicant is given by written consent issued to the Company in accordance with Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of the Regulation.
4. Recipients of personal data
The recipients of the personal data of a job applicant are the Company’s employees authorized to process the data.
5. Transferring personal data to a third party
The Company does not transfer any personal data to any third parties.
6. Storage of personal data
The personal data of a job applicant is kept for 2 years or until a written withdrawal (complete or partial) of consent to processing personal data is given by the applicant.
7. Rights of the Company’s job applicants
Right to access personal data
The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation from the Company if their personal data is being processed. If the Company is processing this personal data, the person concerned has the right to access this data in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation (for example, information about the purpose and period of storage of the personal data, sources of personal data, etc.).
Right to correct personal data
The person concerned has the right to request the Company to correct any incorrect or incomplete data related to this person, without unnecessary delay.
Right to personal data erasure (right to be forgotten)
The person concerned has the right to ask the Company to delete any personal data related to this person, without unnecessary delay.
The Company is obliged, without unnecessary delay, to delete the personal data, provided that the conditions under Article 17 of the Regulation are fulfilled (for example, the personal data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was obtained or processed, the person concerned withdraws his or her consent according to which the given data was processed and no other legal basis or prevailing justified reasons exist for the personal data to be processed, or the personal data in question is processed illegally).
Right to personal data processing restrictions
The person concerned has the right to ask the Company to restrict personal data processing in accordance with Article 18 of the Regulation (for example, during the period required for the company to verify the accuracy of the personal data if the person concerned objects to its accuracy, if processing is illegal, if the person concerned objects to deletion of the personal data and instead requests a restriction on its use, if the Company no longer requires the personal data for the purpose of processing but the person concerned requires it to exercise his or her legal entitlements).
When processing of the given personal data is restricted, with the exception of record keeping, the Company may only process the personal data with the consent of the person concerned or for the purposes of a legal entitlement to protect people or for reasons of public interest.
Right to transfer personal data
The person concerned has the right to obtain his or her personal data that was provided to the Company and to transfer it to another operator, provided it is technically feasible. The person concerned has the right to obtain the personal data from the Company in a structured, commonly-used and machine-readable format.
Right to object personal data processing
The person concerned has the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data for reasons related to his or her particular situation or for direct marketing purposes, including profiling in the extent in which it relates to direct marketing.
The Company may not further process any personal data unless it can demonstrate the necessity of and justified interests for processing this personal data that prevail over the rights or interests of the person concerned, or reasons for exercising a legal entitlement. If the person concerned objects to the processing of his or her personal data for direct marketing purposes, the Company must stop processing personal data for direct marketing purposes.
An applicant may exercise any of the above-mentioned rights in writing to the Company’s registered address or electronically at the given email address.
8. Right to withdraw consent
A job applicant has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of his or her personal data given with his or her consent. Withdrawal of consent may have no impact on the legality of the processing of personal data based on the consent given prior to withdrawal; before giving consent, the job applicant must be informed of this fact. A job applicant has the right to withdraw his or her consent in the same manner that he or she provided it, i.e., by sending it via the email address provided or by post to the Company registered address.
9. Right to submit complaints in accordance with Article 77 of the Regulation
A job applicant has the right submit a complaint to the given supervisory bodies in accordance with Article 77 of the Regulation if they believe that the processing of their personal data breaches the provisions of the Regulation, in particular, in the EU country of their regular place of residence, location of work or the alleged breach.
The supervisory body for the Czech Republic where complaints may be submitted is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
10. Basic requirement / Voluntariness of personal data provision
Provision of personal data by a job applicant is voluntary and the applicant is not obliged to provide the personal data that is processed based on their consent.
If an applicant provides personal data that is insufficient for inclusion in the given tender or for further processing of the given registration application, the Company cannot offer the applicant an employment interview or employment position because the applicant has not provided the Company with sufficient basis.
11. Automated decision-making, including profiling
The Company does not conduct automated decision-making, including profiling.
